Inspired by a true story, the film follows Menachem the commanding officer of the religious soldiers' combat unit. He is torn between his loyalty to his Rabbi, his duty as a commanding officer and his love to the Rabbi's daughter. When falsely accused of planning an act of terror, he is forced to weigh his alliances. Menachem realizes that he should be loyal only to himself.
